I build communities for Web3 founders that stay active long after the hype dies down.

// WORK

Two builds from the ground up.

What was broken, what I did, and what held after the noise moved on.

Evolve Global Technologies

Launch + listing

Evolve came to me with no Discord and no community, and a listing date already on the calendar. New projects get treated with suspicion by default, so the community needed to feel real before the big announcements landed, not put together in a rush after.

I built the server from scratch. Channels, roles, onboarding, moderation, before inviting a single person. Then I showed up daily, ran AMAs timed to real milestones, and stayed on top of the listing window itself: announcements, answering people's questions, keeping things calm during the busiest moments. Alongside it, I grew their Facebook to 10,000 followers.

Discord went from 0 to 700 members, and it held steady instead of spiking and dying. By the time the listing happened, the community itself was proof the project was real.

MyOTCplug

OTC trading · trust build

MyOTCplug operates in OTC trading, where people are skeptical by default. There was no existing audience to build from and no big budget to buy attention instead of earning it.

I built the Telegram community from the ground up: daily moderation, onboarding, answering questions, so new members met a real person, not silence. I hosted X Spaces to build familiarity through actual conversation, wrote the content calendar myself, and brought in influencer partnerships and paid promotion to stretch the budget further.

Telegram grew from 0 to 294 members. Their X following grew roughly fivefold, from 164 to 822, with people replying unprompted to say their transactions felt seamless.

What I run for you

Four modules. Open the one that matches where your project is right now.

I set up the channels, roles, onboarding, and moderation, then run a 30 day plan to bring in real members.

You end up with a live, moderated community that's ready before your next announcement.

I build the content calendar, write copy that sounds like it belongs in the space, keep an eye on what's worth responding to, and run X Spaces.

You get a presence people stick around for after they follow.

I help shape how you talk about your utility, your announcements, your AMAs.

You get messaging that makes users, investors, and your own community feel confident, not confused.

I bring in influencer partners, run paid promotion, and time it all around the moment that matters.

You get real users showing up, not bots or spend that disappears the next day.

// METHOD

How I work

A solid foundation that is flexible depending on the project.

  1. Diagnose

    I figure out what's actually broken before I touch a single channel. Most community problems are strategy problems that needs to be identified to get the right solution.

  2. Activate

    I build the structure and run the first push that brings in real people, not bots or airdrop farmers.

  3. Scale

    Once the foundation holds, I grow it with partnerships, Spaces, AMAs, and collaborations. Growth that holds, not a spike that fades once the hype cycle moves on.

// ABOUT

About Emmanuel

Founders don't need someone posting more. They need a community that holds together after the noise dies down, through listings, quiet weeks, and the moments a project's credibility actually gets tested.

I've worked with founders across Web3, on more than what's written up here, and some of them have gone on to introduce me to other founders building in the space.

I'm based in Lagos and work with teams everywhere. Calm under pressure, straightforward to talk to, and I show up the same way on day 90 as I did on day one.
